What we do
Robotic digital resurfacing
The robotic lathe reads the wheel profile, then machines the face precisely. The result is a diamond-cut finish like new.
Wheel straightening
A bent wheel makes the steering wheel shake. We straighten it on a machine, checked with a dial gauge.
Clear coat or powder
After machining, the wheel gets a protective clear coat, or powder coating in the colour of your choice.
Torque wrench
On refitting, every nut is tightened to the manufacturer's torque.
